after thinking about this i gotta pick Ganondorf. Prolly the only villain i always look foward to facing. I still fire up the 64 and OOT and go to that save file just to fight him every once in a while because its my favorite boss fight in gaming.

It gave zero fukks, I thought it was creepy as hell and without the Fierce Diety's mask, all of its incarnations were interesting and challenging to fight.
