Nor did Elway when he was young. The difference is between the white and black QB is.....once the white QB is old (like Elway and like soon with Luck) those teams will make sure to surround them with talent and not throw them away like the do black QBs.
As I have mentioned countless times here the black QB when he is young is used as a mule. Expected to do super human shyt with trash help. But as soon as he gets older and is unable to do super human shyt with trash....he is traded or cut. Where as the same white QB as he gets older and is unable to do super human shyt he gets help with weapons and the offense is changed to compensate for his aging ability.
I am sure you have seen this with McNabb. When shady and the young WRs were basically gotten for Kolb so he could take over once McNabb was deemed useless.
Same was done with Cunningham once he wasn't able to do super human shyt with that trash OL and trash running game he was thrown in the trash can.
The shyt happens over and over and over again.
