You in the Midwest?Get all my meat from a local farm where they raise and slaughter all their own free range, no GMO, grass fed, etc chicken and beef. Pay a bit more, but it is the only way to go IMO.
Also do their own veggies, fruits, dairy, breads, pastas, etc. Can't go wrong.
