Goatganda the pearl of Africa
Fathers or the non-birthing parent get paternity leave.
Maternity leave is for childbirth and recovery.

I only took a week off work but thankfully I work remote.

In theu days and age didn't want to take the risk taking that much time of work . I've seen people taking leaves coming back and being laid off

:damn:
and that big ass baby has to squeeze out through a slowly opening hole the size of a peanut!

i dont know if anyone here has ever dealt with constipation/impaction before but that shyt brought me to literal tears. its like trying to pass a football. i couldnt sit comfortably for about three days. at least i got to flush it and not raise it for 18 years :mjlol:

and thats still smaller than a baby.

mostly im grateful that i dont know this kind of fear (but seriously, dave had 25K on him... why didnt he call a cab??)

.
They probably ain’t want to risk the baby coming out with the NBA Yb forehead.

I think it’s something the doctors floated by them earlier but now the clock is ticking
It’s Saturday we need an update- is the baby here and healthy? Does dad still have a job?

Well she’s in labor and he never left but he says he’s been trying to get ahold of his job but it’s been radio silence for the past few days.

:francis:
He made his choice. If I were him, I'd just show up on the job with a letter of resuming work and continue as normal. If they're going to fire me, atleast let me know in person.

Plus the news of a new father getting fired circulating around the job isnt a good look for any company, so I hope he reminds them of that if they do decide to take that route.
