secret raids, sting operations on known drug houses, crack houses etc... any gun charge carries mandatory 25 years for any kind of offender adult or teen without a permit.
Go after all known gang members on undercover operations and and kidnap and escort them out the city to mexico or somewhere. 10PM curfew on all minors, first offense is 15 years in jail for any reason. etc.. etc..
