Crime in chicago is incredibly down these past 5 years compared to the previous 5 years and down way more compared to the 90s, so I would continue doing what the fukk I been doing because its obviously fukking working and the only reason chicago is getting all this hate for having a LOWER CRIME AND MURDER RATE / TOTAL than previous years is because our president is from there.

But I use common sense and rational thought unlike most people and realize theirs cities way worse than chicago in america and need to be fixed first like oakland, stockton, detroit, st louis, flint, camden ...

most of those cities are so damn tiny you cant even compare them to chicago. except detroit and oakland. those two are extra fukked up

Employ the top black college/HS Senior/Juniors to provide homework help to HS students who are struggling w/ school. Give struggling students $400 monthly stipend for two months to have a passing grade, if they get their grades up to a 80 average... that's $425/month; $450/month for 85 average, $475/month for 90 average, and $500/month for 95 average.

While these kids are getting paid to get their grades up, they'll receive career training as well in IT; Web Design, Programming, or Male or female hair care. Do this Monday - Friday from 4pm - 7pm all year long, and this violence would drastically decrease by 3-5 months.

if your the mayor then you tear down the projects and put people who never had lawns in homes and put them all threw out the southside and iowa..etc...add more guns and more drugs....pushing blacks out the city and TRYING to put whites back in....all of this thats going on in my city is part of a plan sad to say .....imo
