youtube embedding timestamps

not sure anything could be done about this by our hardworking admins but just something I noticed.. looks like when you submit a youtube with a timestamp it only works for seconds, not minutes, e.g.

Nas It Ain't Hard To Tell (10th Anniversary Edition Remix) - YouTube

doesnt look like theres a way around this right now. this code is updated more often than most of the other ones, so maybe in the future it will work
