That doesn't work. The first post already contained steps to minimize the issue but even then you aren't safe because if someone you subscribe to post one of those videos it'll be in your feed like how it was for Uncharted 4.

It doesn't even have to be someone you subscribe to it could be a channel similar to one you subscribe to and their videos start popping up in the up next category.

If you had an iPad and watched YouTube on it you'd see how broken that is.
