I was just about to post this thread asking do you call think this YouTube change will push developers into making more games at 60fps

Devs will continue to make graphically demanding games as that is much easier to show off than 60fps. They should offer unlocked framerate options for more games therefore you could at least get a taste of it for some games like the way Infamous or Killzone does it.
