This would cost over $2500 for a 1 bedroom at 165% area median income which isn’t AWFUL for the area. But still $2500 for rent is wild.
Yeah they have 3 bedroom brand new apartments for like 2k a month sometimes lolGod damn I make just the right amount to not qualify for none of this shyt
Looking at those incomes those people who qualify can pay that $2500 rent with ease.

I BRING YOU PROOF!!!!!Yeah they have 3 bedroom brand new apartments for like 2k a month sometimes lol
Kinda related, but I know guidelines say 30% of your annual salary should go to rent to be considered “affordable”, but I personally believe that’s too much. 30% pretax ends up closer to 50% of your take home pay, and you don’t pay rent/mortgage with pre tax dollars. Housing should be closer to 15-20% of your pretax pay to be considered affordable imo.
Here's the right 1 my bad. These already sold though I believe.
Idk how many people are in your household. But according to the chart the highest income you can have for 1 person is $137,940. If you make that much or below, you can apply.
