Yeezus is a mix tape bruhs...
This was never intended to be a true CD...
This is all some marketing promotional scheme to keep Kanye's name hot...

edit: album also is not avaliable for pre-oder on Target.com Nor Bestbuy.

But bruh, this is Kanye. He could've paid to have it mastered and everything just like a regular retail album. He spent his own money making that 30 min movie a couple years ago.

You think he's gonna just release a "mixtape" and fall in with the mixtape crowd? He wouldnt want people viewing this as a "mixtape". It's an "album"

People anticipate albums more than mixtapes so on Tuesday when the hype is at it's highest, he can reveal it's a free album.

I could be wrong about all of this :ehh:, but it's a bit strange that the album is no where for pre-order. Any artist who sells a million records or more every time out, is gonna be on at least Target, Amzon, Best Buy website. I would think.

I'm pretty sure some people have hard copies they got from neighborhood CD stores / big retailers that broke protocol

so that means the CD is pressed, distributed, and some people have already bought it

that's how it leaked out

this all happened on KTT but I wasn't really paying attention
