A former Loranger Middle School teacher accused of having a baby with a student is out of custody on bond.


Morgan Freche turned herself in to the Tangipahoa Sheriff's Office Tuesday morning after several warrants were issued for her arrest.

Freche was accused of sleeping with a 17-year-old student dating back approximately two years.

She retired from Loranger Middle School last week.

She was charged with one count of third-degree rape, four counts of felony carnal knowledge and one count of oral sexual battery.
