great album. i think he topped it with 'The Earn' though. yU is one of my fav new cats. I think him & Oddisee together are better than Black Milk & Elzhi together.

Listening to the earn now..luckily they have it on spotify cuz I wouldn't buy the album, since I cop books more than albums these days..

Naw ..I like before taxes better ..the earn sounds more LA'ish/soul Aquarians thus...before taxes sounds more authentic...

There's an original, intended version of Before Taxes that yU did that the label fukked with. It's supposedly better.
