:stopitslime: let me tell you this.....

those "dudes" you see embracing a guy like Lyor Cohen ain't even worthy of the title "BLACK MEN" when they were fully aware of his background and the exploitation he has perpetrated amongst hundreds of black artists

so i feel no shame in calling these clowns the degrading names that they earned , cause they respect nothing but the $$$
Those are some pretty interesting accusations that you have for people who were just in a picture with the
guy.

and they sold what little dignity they had to "work" for a guy like Lyor whose transgressions make Birdman look like a saint...
i understand everybody's got a job...but the way these "black men" embraced LYOR COHEN is way more DISTURBING AND TROUBLING than anything i have said on the matter....

I don't get it, if Lyor Cohen is running a business and he's investing in your CAREER and TALENT, even if he's a piece of shyt, he's giving you a shot few other people will.
And if you're a poor young black man there's a high chance you could give a flying fukk what people think if it means it'll lift you out of poverty.

Even then, let's look at the wider society in major corporations across the country some despicable people run these places, the vast majority of them WHITE.
How does an EMPLOYEE get blamed for the transgressions of their EMPLOYER ?

you just don't understand how "vile" this dude is when it comes to business..now granted thier are PROS and CONS to every situation..

for example i can honestly say Lyor has been involved in some of the greatest artistic contributions and movements in the hip hop culture..

such as RUN DMC.... Warren G's...the Ruff Ryder Movement...the Murder Inc. movement...as well as the Rocafella ,,,, and we was blessed to get some great music out of those sitations :blessed:

Which ultimately is all that matters, funding and helping to release great artistic contributions.
I don't feel those black artists are at fault for using a resource, however, I DO think exploitation
and thievery is fukked up and it's something I would never co-sign.
I still wouldn't call them "Negro Rappers" or "Domesticated Pets" or some other racially
charged insult simply because they signed a business contract.

but the capitilist endeavors he introduced into "the rap game" makes all that irrelevent :yeshrug:
Once a rapper went Plat.
Capitalistic endeavors were coming whether we wanted it to or not.
It's a consequence of being successful and popular.

such as encouraging artists to do "product placement" within in thier songs...basically turnin thier "art" into "commercials"

This is not some new phenomenon in Black OR Popular music.
It's always been there, I mean legendary Blues musician B.B. King was contracted to write a peptikon jingle :
Article said:
It led to his landing a ten-minute spot on the black-staffed radio station WDIA in Memphis, a spot that was so popular King got his own show, sponsored by Peptikon Tonic. (King wrote the jingle: “Peptikon sure is good/ You can get it anywhere in your neighborhood.”)
B.B. King, King of the Blues | Mississippi History Now

Black music has been a driving part of youth culture for a minute now whether that's from afar like the Blues or directly like Hip-Hop currently is. I personally feel product placement is corny and I feel naming dropping designer
clothes or liquor has been played out for decades now but :yeshrug: some people like it.

as well crafting the 360 deal.........

along with a number of other transgressions such as the time i recall him telling Foxy Brown to go "fukk herself" when she simply just wanted to be released from her stagnant deal, at a time when the woman just lost a child due to stillbirth :mjcry:

then the next fukking day to add insult to injury

What does that have to do with you calling rappers "Negros" and "Domesticated pets" ?
Where does his being a complete fukking jack ass, okay you lobbing racially charged insults
at black people ?

because we found out that due to an exposal , that SOHH courtesy of the "big mama" OG Felicia Palmer (sohh founder) was being underwritten (bankrolled) by DEF JAM

now Felicia ...being the C00NMAMA DOMESTICATED ANIMAL she is .....yeah i said it :ehh:

was such a "PET" for LYOR this hoe was out thier sending email threats to various bloggers and rival sites antognizing them if they were anti-jay z or anti-Def Jam...

i know this for a fact cause one of them who recieved those threats was a good friend of mine a black woman who was very offended by what Felicia did..

so if you feel "sympathic" for these "PORCH MONKEYS" jigging for the "devil" then be my guest :manny:

as for me i don't give a flying fukk :pacspit:

cause at the end of the day..............They don't have none of our best intrests at hand...

so fukk em :russell:

and since u so gottdamn sensitive with your "wanna be" black nationalist azz......

you might as well take this NEG which comes with a fitted kufi cap to match :obama:

i leave with the holy word of "P.E.A.C.E"..................................... my "brother" :youngsabo:

I don't think I wanna be kin to a clown who hauls off throwing ignorant insults
and sounds no different than a skinhead.

And you can hold this neg rep, consider that kufi knocked off, it wasn't making
you look bright trust me. :russ:

Has anyone who worked with Lyor Cohen ever had anything but love for him?
He must be one of the realest, every executive gets shyt on by these sensitive, blaming ass rappers but somehow he's managed to get nothing but love for 30 years.
