Lemme guess, this dude had one big game and cats in here were falling over themselves to crown him?
The only feeling that he's restoring is how bigs his size with foot issues rarely have happy endings. And even if he does somehow manage to salvage a career, the likelihood of him becoming anything more than a high-level role player (and that's being as generous as one possibly could) is almost non-existent.

I don't know, maybe just wait until he does it over an extended period of time where he's showing he's something more than just a role player?I mean yeah. What else are we supposed to do

To be brutally honest, if you're having him out there for that long where he can grab 15 boards a game, then your team ain't shyt.Hes a 15/15 player
We hope for his health

This board has an obssession with trying to bring the big man back, where they end up giving themselves false hope because the vast majority of these guys ain't it.

If that's the case it's no reason to make a optimistic thread about any player. (Which I agree with)
The default for every player that enters the league is they aight but you can't win a championship with him as a best player.
I personally think we should give up on young players and shyt on them MORE, because it's more fun to pile on.
But with the death of basketball stans, it's literally nothing to talk about on a day to day basis. (No I'm not watching no damn games)
