i'm still trying to figure out how did hiphop get to this point. where this is what you call FIRE. i just .... i cant .... see it, hear it, smell it. the only beat that was right was the YG sounding beat, which is really and old bay area 80's type beat with the breakdown.
the rest were so so . not bad, yeah they knocked, but so does every semi to professional beat makers songs. that aint nothing. so tell me, how can you tell the difference between the first joint ,and the 2nd one if i played them at the very same tempo? thats whats wrong with hiphop. some nuccas would really have an album full of the beats he played. where 90% of them sound identical. where you have 1 or 2 different beats. ooo wee these beat makers better be glad i aint in the rap game. i would be a on these dudes about their so so, everyday sounding beats.

maybe thats the problem rappers aint picky enough anymore. so everyone gets pretty much the same sound.

i just do not get the love for this zaytovan cat. his shyt is not horrible, but just by virtue of being decent does not make shyt "fire". i copped that chief keef bang 3 pt 2 of the strength of coli folks saying how ill zaytovan shyt is and was just confused as fukk the whole way through the bytch. to me the illest shyt i heard in a minute production wise was that swangin in the rain by scoop de ville.
