Zaza is good, but Carlisle is a great coach. I put him up there with popovich.

He lacked confidence in his size and abilities to the point you could see him thinking out loud and blowing easy plays.
He backed it up by playing up but mentally he had not settled into the domestic game well enough back then.
He is one of those change of pace needs comfortability to ramp up guys.
