trump’s return will be due to a combination of things converging in his favor.

america is a nation racked with anxiety over inflation, cost of living, shortage of affordable housing, bearish stocks, homelessness, rising crime, and other symptoms of a decaying society.

these are conditions that will convince the country to look for someone who will revive its national spirit, a figure who will stir within the people a spiritual renewal.

you underestimate just how defeated the average american feels right now.

seriously. dudes are in here talking about foreign policy like its 2001. americans are more engaged, for better or worse, with politics now than 22 years ago.

they do not care about no damn russian war. they care that eggs cost as much as a rolex and their taxes are going to pay for shyt they dont care about instead.

maga voters are, yet again, being underestimated. they don't care if its trump or desantis. as along as the talking head is saying they will put americans before anything else, those same people that voted for trump, will vote for whoever echos that message

not only that, its a matter of principle and priorities. as i said earlier, europeans themselves don't give as much money to ukraine as america. even if you account for a percentage of their GDP, its still peanuts. they prioritize their own people before their neighbors.

yet america is out here sending BILLIONS of dollars that could go to infrastructure projects, healthcare reform, education reform, social support programs, etc. these billions were always there, these billions could have been spent at home before the war. why wasnt that happening?

the billions CANT goto these programs...

the bills for these programs don't pass because of republican senators/congressmen

green new deal...

universal healthcare....

these things have been stopped... the president can authorize weapons sales and foreign funding through executive order... but cant push for infrastructure budgets because of how our political system works...
