Very powerful message. It's supposed to make you go "What the fukk?" There's a reason the exception for under 18 deadly weapons is for hunting in Wisconsin. Because it's bizarre for an underage person to open carry a big rifle in the streets without a permit or anything. That didn't stop Judge Scrhoeder from playing stupid about the intent of the gun law and dropping the charge.
