its not really, but you know how fickle juries can be and that with the pictures of zimmerman's injuries coupled with a self defense claim...

this isn't an open and shut case. If this was the other way around Trayvon would have gotten 10 years minimum.
im not picking sides, im just saying. they had tape of rodney getting his ass beat. diallo got shot 41 times and was unarmed. louima got butt raped with a plunger in the precinct. all those guys were aquitted.

actually it makes sense..they want to show that Martin was te aggressor and his past will paint that picture for the Jury.
They got buddy talking about beating people, asking for a burner from his friend, taking pictures of pot leafs, shooting birds,and RIDING HORSES. We would've clowned Trayvon for being a horseback riding thug back in highschool.

Actually that cop didn't beat it...his name was Volpe and he caught 30 years.

A man sees a person down the street, thinks he's suspicious since there has been robberies in the neighborhood. Pretty valid reason to call the police. But THEN... He decides to get a gun and follow the suspicious individual and approach him after specifically being told not to. There have been no reports of gun activity in the neighborhood and no reason to believe the suspicious individual had a gun. Not self defense whatsoever. The suspicious individual dies as a result.
It's THAT simple... when you bring up race and all that you fukk it all up. He coulda been fresh out of prison on parole and it doesn't change anything. He had NO KNOWLEDGE of who he was so it's so irrelevant and insulting that all this is being brought up.
Zimmerman could have been a good man. Could have loved black people and supported the NAACP. None of this matters. He killed that kid.
If you go to your local child molesters door after checking the internet for a sex offenders address and kill him, you still go to prison...

irrelevant to zimmerman disobeying the dispatcher's orders of not pursuing Trayvon which is clearly heard on the recorded 911 tape. Zimmerman was the aggressor and if anything Trayvon was the one standing his ground.

having a gun and blowing smoke out your mouth is not illegal. they cant prove those plants were marijuana either. this is a move to smear trayvon's character. i doubt they will have this stuff be admissible in the trial. but then again... dem cacs gon' cac
