Zimmerman's lawyer to show proof Trayvon Martin was a criminal

I disagree. I'm not sure what the prosecutors plan of action was for Zimmerman's past run ins with the law, but if the defense wants to establish a pattern of behavior with Martin, I certainly do not think it is a good look on him. And if they can put his wife on the stand, the defense could actually do the same with those who knew of Martin's behavioral problems.

That "i'm a gangsta" quote is pretty inflammatory.


All in all...I see him walking on this one.

The 911 call to the police is going to eat Zimmerman's azz. Had he not made the call, It would've been Zimmerman's word against a dead boy's word, and since dead don't speak, there would've been reasonable doubt. What they are doing now is just trying to muddy up the minds of potential jurors. They know this stuff isn't going to make it into the trial. But every potential juror that has internet access or cable tv will know about it.

This stuff won't be permissible... But it is kind of tainting the Jury... They probably wouldn't even know about this shyt to be honest... Can't the court issue a "gag order" or something?

i hate to agree, but this case is far from a slam dunk for the prosecution.

i think in the end he will be convicted, but its going to come down to the jury.
