Because Slim Thug doesn't want to put it out yet & he's promoting his other projects at this time. They are still selecting the tracks, they have about 30 tracks to choose from. Now for why RO does something for Mike D, because Mike D was in jail for a bit, sometimes people need a reboot. We all fukk up.....eventually.
