According to Ryan Satin of Pro Wrestling Sheet, “Tough Enough” star ZZ Loupe was released from his WWE contract earlier today.

No word at this point on what caused WWE to release Loupe, but he had recently made his live event debut in a match against Oney Lorcan, and even got the win in the match.

Loupe participated in the last season of “Tough Enough”, and although he was popular amongst fans of the show, he ended up losing the contest to Josh Bredl, who currently competes in WWE NXT under the ring name Bronson Mathews.

Two more got released
As noted, WWE released former Tough Enough competitor Zamariah "ZZ" Loupe from his WWE NXT deal today.

Two other NXT talents were released today - Josh Woods and Tom Kingdon, according to PWInsider.

Both Woods and Kingdon had been working at least some live events but never had any significant roles on TV. Woods has debuted on TV but mostly as an enhancement talent. Woods was a former national wrestling champion and amateur MMA fighter while Kingdon was a former champion bodybuilder.

Competition is about to get real across the board with the brand split and WWE scouting every promotion around the globe. ZZ seemed like he was starting to take things seriously, but they're def not going to have any patience for the type of laziness and quit that he was showing.
