    Help, I got a lien on my property

    My mom gave me a few acres to build a house.My loan officer called & said there's a 16k lien on it against my momma. She's broke, so Im gonna have to pay it :mjcry: How much should I expect to settle for? I need as much advice as possible.

    Tips for building a home?

    I got 11 acres, but the land has to be cleared.. not all 11 acres just enough for a crib & road. What do I need to know? I need help :mjcry:
