This is happening today, the Jury has already come back to the judge 2 times and the judge has asked that they try to find the solution so there is no mistrial declared.

Earlier today the Jury in the Walter Scott murder case asked about the difference between Passion and Fear from a legal point of view, the judge rejected giving them clarifying information.

Now, reports are suggesting that the Jury has come to a understanding that 11 Jury members are ready to convict, but 1 lone Jury member is unable to agree with the others and will NOT change their mind.
