A business isn't going to be successful if your employees don't understand that everyone can't run shyt....and that some people will have to just play the role that's delegated to them.

This is universal in any SBO of any race.

This isn't exclusive to blacks as I know several white SBO's who have folded in a year especially in the food industry.

I did my research for 6 months solid before I bought my first route and I worked the fukk out of it.
