With the 2 milli, you can keep the money in investments and avoid paying capital gains taxes too. Im going with the 2 milli

4k easy
Even if i fukk up i know im gonna get another 4k next week
If you fukk up on the 2mil you're done
4k/wk = 16K a month, that's more than enough to flip and continuously do it for the rest of your life if shyt don't pan out than lets say just blowing 2mil once
I mean, I have that added sense of security but nikkas will still be working for them extra coinsThat's the Islander in you
No way in hell I'm still working with $4k a week untaxed money.
.Yeah, it's just an example. 5% return is nothing if we consider annual inflation. Our tax system favors the rich and with the 2 million upfront, I'm confident I can manage it well enough to turn it into a nice sum. I think 4k is still the smarter choice for most people.Yeah, the problem with this is that everyone is going to use a portion of the principal, nobody is just going to leave it alone.

There is a wrong answerThere's no wrong answer

You can take that 2 millie
buy a stock like coca cola that costs roughly $40 and pays roughly a .33 dividend
and every 3 months make $16500 which equates to $5500 per month
and you would still have the 2 million sitting pretty
but nikkas rather wait 10 years to even get close to the 2 million mark
No wonder nikkas aint got shyt

God willingI ultimately think the $4K option is safer with more constraints while the $2MM option has the potential for a higher ROI albeit being riskier.
I honestly put a premium on a sense of security. I can live off of the weekly stipend.
