The Viper is using a 8.4L V10. GM doesn't have that option. Making power naturally aspirated either calls for lots of revs(see Ferrari 458 or F12) or tons of displacement(Viper). GM doesn't really have anything that fits those descriptions and still passes future emissions tests.They shyttin on the Z06 name

Im also not liking how they were like, 'we had to supercharge it, we couldnt get the power out of it we wanted'.... like the Viper doesn't exist
I liked the raw, focused, lightweight ethos of the C5 and C6 Z06s.... I like this car too, just not as a Z06.
I see your point, it really is more a ZR1 than Z06 but once you hit the track, I really don't think its going to matter.
