I have a strong dislike for Ford because of the 4.6 and 5.4, but these EcoBoost motors are :blessed:
Chrysler/Dodge would need to wedge in a non-turbo V-8 Hemi into a Chrysler 200 if they want to play the power-to-weight ratio game.

The automaker slots a 2.7-liter EcoBoost V6 under the hotter sedan's hood, pumping out 325 horsepower and 350 pound-feet of torque, and the power then routes through a six-speed automatic gearbox to an all-wheel-drive system.

Probably gets close to 30 mpg as well.

What a time to be an automaker. There's absolutely no reason for all cars not to have turbochargers on them at this point. I wish the govt would mandate for higher-octane fuels to be standard, given that CAFE requirements have basically driven this forced-induction paradigm. Imagine what Ford, BMW, Volkswagen, etc... could do if 95 octane was the standard. :banderas:

Wow this was the Fusion I was waiting for back when I had my 2010 Fusion Sport AWD (3.5L V6), but eventually went into my 11 S4 and now 16 S4.

Always loved that Fusion. Had features that my current whips still didn't. Didn't know they actually went forward with this 300+ HP Sport version. Kept hearing the rumors but gave up. Good shyt.

I'm sure Steeda will have a nice tune out for it within a few months. Self load it and go.
