Rapper decides not to talk about selling drugs and killing black people and all of a sudden it's not hip hop anymore?
"I don't care about YOUR problems"

It's crazy how so many people are overblowing the political/social commentary on the album. It's not a political or social album. It's the typical jay z album where he drops some jewels but ultimately just raps about himself and his life.
more like talks
flow was gabbbage.
You haters have got to be going through a rough time. You haters have got to be going through a rough time.

exactly. and, of course, how he used to sell drugs. it's the typical jay-z album, with just a little bit of a "woke" vibe, nothing too crazy tho. It's crazy how so many people are overblowing the political/social commentary on the album. Why did you feel the need to make this "jay is one of my favs" disclaimer as if that some how makes your opinion more valid? It doesn't matter how big of a fan you are, you're just stating your opinion. I think that the reception that the album has received speaks for itself. Most people are loving the album and don't have a problem with the flow even if you as a self proclaimed big fan do. If you're not a hater you'd jut accept it as a difference of opinion.not a hater, jigga is one of my all time favorites. his flow was just garbage.
none of you will have this album bumping in speakers 10 years from now like you do his older shyt.
once you absorb the political message there's not much to revisit on this boring ass album.
Yea it's another great jay z album. Dude has arguably 5 classicsexactly. and, of course, how he used to sell drugs. it's the typical jay-z album, with just a little bit of a "woke" vibe, nothing too crazy tho.
