50 not scared of ja and never was lets be real here ja and irv arent threats and 50 was on the offensive with all times.. why would u be scared with a nikka like smurf in your corner u know smurf woulda killed any nikka for fifDid you read your link?Did you just post another link that says 'THE COURT MAY' after saying they do it automatically?
Do you understand the word MAY means they DON'T do it AUTOMATICALLY?
I hate people like you who take two seconds to Google a link thinking it proves you are right but don't read it through
First of all, where does it say that if you go to the hospital for being stabbed you are required to get it? Second, this does not say it is automatic. It says the Judge CAN set one up. Go read the actual law for the state dummy.
Frequently Asked Questions - Obtaining An Order of Protection
In a criminal case, the district attorney requests an order of protection for the victim or complaining witness. The judge decides whether to issue the order of protection and what terms and conditions will be included in the order.
"Criminal restraining orders are similar to family restraining orders, but they are filed against individuals who have been arrested or who have a warrant out for their arrest. If you have been abused, assaulted or otherwise harmed, you may file for a restraining order through the New York Criminal Court.
Law Dictionary: New York State Restraining Order Rules "
Who cares if he requested it or not. I swear, that whole talking point is one big strawman -- ppl are not claiming 50 is a snitch because he request it, we're calling him a snitch because he made a statement to the police which was recorded within a legal, verifiable, police document. whether he requested it or not is irrelevant.I highly doubt fif filed the order of protection himself. Especially not for no murder inc. In a violent incident the court will file it. The document is prob real but I doubt he filed it. Don't know too many street nikkas filing order of protections.
Idc what you would call fif tbh. In reality, to be a police informant, all a person needs to do is supply privilege information to the police.And I wouldn't call fif a rat in the same vein as a alpha mega. Who was his co-d ? Who did he take the stand against ? Where is the paperwork
Opinion =/= fact
Where has he ever changed his recollection of facts not his opinion on it. Has he ever said they did snitch? Here he says they didn't and names the same dude that is named in the paper work Irv posted to ig himself

Not sure. But I know dude was a straight beast out in these streets. Dudes who never even jumped off the porch or put any real work in shouldnt be calling anyone a rat though. Half of the people including meek and irv wouldn't call fif a rat to his face. I never understood the infatuation that squares have with whether someone told or not. Like why does it concern you ? Do they understand to even be in that space you had to have been deep in the game and put some work in . shyt if Your'e that curious about the game, participate. Get your little tax return and cop some work. Get you a 4 and a half and get busy. Until then stop speculating and just enjoy the music.what ever happened to that guy? is he still around

And no, bang em's word is not credible, because he wasn't there(source), he provided no paper work, and he changed up his story twice.
He originally claimed it was some guy named mark, reminder, he provided no paper work to prove it. Couple years later, he changes up his story and claims it was really yayo who snitched so he could sue murder inc.
Now, former G-Unit affiliate Bang Em Smurf has revealed in an interview on worldwideconnected.comthat Tony Yayo filed the order of protection. According to Smurf, 50's name was included because the incident took place during his studio session. Smurf also says that Yayo intended to file a lawsuit against the G-Unit assailants and that he had to be convinced otherwise."
However, this contradicts his originally statement, "50 or Yayo, none of them nikkas had nothing to do with it. My nikkas ain't no rats. I don't run with rats" - Bang em.(source)
Bang em is 100% unreliable, so present ME with some real counter evidence, thank you.
