Don’t have an issue with trans people but they need to slowly come to the realisation that not everyone will willingly accept them or be comfortable around them.

At the end of the day, they're human beings and they deserve the same rights and privileges as everyone else

HOWEVER...they don't ALL want the same rights and privileges as everyone else. In many cases, they want MORE, and this is one of those cases.

Even Bruce/Caitlyn Jenner, who was once of the the textbook examples of masculinity in this country, admitted that allowing men to compete against women in women's sports is an absurd notion.

Andrew Sullivan, a gay (albeit right wing) man even admitted, that this movement to encourage children to pick their gender at 5 years old is absurd, considering that children that age don't even know what a good breakfast is or how to dress themselves for school.

This is what people mean when they speak about "the agenda" because the fact is you can't even tell if someone is LGBTQ or what their pronouns should be by looking at them yet there is an entire movement to change how cultures and societies, who have existed long before America breathed its first breath, should handle these kinds of situations.
