Confessions is always heralded as his best album. However, I believe 8701 is superior. 8701 has better songs, better vibe, better lyrics, variety and was just an overall better collection of songs. Confessions was highly commercialized and had the bigger hits. That's the only thing Confessions has over 8701; the hits. It's crazy the amount of classics 8701 had:
U Remind Me
Can U Help Me
Without You
U Don't Have to Call
How Do I Say
U Got it Bad
:wow:
Overall, 8701 is Usher's best album in my opinion

It's like when nikkas say Thriller is MJs best work. I can see it but I like Off The Wall better. Thriller had the bigger hits and was finacially more successful.

Also, it's astounding nikkas try to push Chris Brown vs Usher. We try to figure out which of these 2 albums is considered his Magnum Opus. Meanwhile, Hit-less Breezy cant even put together a decent album.

Top 10 Usher record all time. Song was so perfect it should've been a single. Creative lyrics. Smooth and seductive Vocals. Top tier production. Smooth vibe. And that spanish guitar. Sexy song.
