but at the end of the video you see the teen run across the video bleeding

just a ton of chaos, fighting, people trying to run people over w/cars etc etc...

looks like total anarchy

Two hood rat chicks squaring up.
Some dude in a charger going back and forth.
Some other shirtless dudes come out with bats to go at some other two dudes.
Dudes with bats start swinging on the charger.
Dude with the Charger starts Charging (Literally) fools, then everybody starts screaming.

Reading the comments it looked like whoever got killed, got stabbed, so I guess that happened offscreen since the Camera(wo)man didn't catch it.
Edit: - 1:46. You hear a wet sounding Schlick noise and a dude in grey run passes holding his shoulder. Don't focus on the car or the street.
