Chicago PD is corrupt as fukk. They are also involved with the drug and arms strafficking game. Most police departments are anyway. I know a kid whose dad was part of NYPD. His pops told him that cops from Suffolk county are some of the most corrupt cops you will find. They sell drugs and guns on the side to make extra bread. Some go to other states to sell guns. I bet that is what the CPD is doing.
