You just mention two different demographics bro, the hood one will always bump his music, but might not be buying, ijs. The black college kids are good consumers but that phase passes after you get a real job and can't party everday. Basically inorder to win in the music indusrty you have to cross over to the white audience. Thats how its always been; Michael Jackson, Jay-z,Tupac......etc. The hood gets you poppin and tells the kids in college whats cool.
