I’d have to see the numbers bc I actually don’t believe it happens on carriers all that often. Def a dangerous environment though

I did see a video from the 90s, a flight deck crewman got sucked into an A6 engine and got lucky his equipment caused the engine to stall before he hit the compressor blades
