Why the conspiracy. The police response to mass shootings is under 5 minutes flat. Even if they escaped BEFORE the very first cop car arrives. The vicinity and all the other streets would be flooded with police, furthermore as soon as they mentioned a car type, the freeway would be flooded looking for that vehicle.
