Farooq Saeed has been identified as the possible San Bernardino shooting suspect, who reports indicate walked into a medical facility for people with developmental disabilities and opened fire.

The shooting took place at close to 11 a.m. in the 1300 block of South Waterman Avenue in the California city, taking place at a building identified as the Inland Regional Center. The facility is a state-run medical center that serves people with developmental disabilities, said Nancy Lungren, spokeswoman for the California Department of Developmental Services.

Unconfirmed reports identified the suspect as Farooq Saeed, a name repeated on police scanners and reported from some American news outlets.

International news outlets also identified the suspect as Farooq Saeed.

Reports indicated that the suspect may have been an employee of the medical facility, and is believed to have fled the scene in an SUV.

the one where they were lit up in the car and probably in it for over an hour. i kinda watched it all.

just because their blood soaked clothes are't dry doesn't mean the blood is going to continually flow for hours from multiple wounds.
