Listen Kumar,
Of course mixed people have an identity. Everyone has one. But mixed ppls isnt as clear, and as solid and defined. And to a certain degree they can choose an identity, while we dont choose to be black.
And I dont mean African heritage in the fashion that u perceive. I dont mean u should wear a kufi and speak an African language. I mean being conscious of the common place where not only AAs come from, but West Indians come from, Afro-Latinos come from, and Africans still reside in. A unifying common land and history. Of course, if u dont care about being black...
No doubt. But ur legacy doesnt start in America. Thats what the white man wants u to believe. U are so much bigger than that, Kumar.
Whats going on? The darker you are the less status and income you will have. Brazil is a prime example as to how mixing goes wrong. They've created a a "buffer" race of mixed negroes who are the face of the country in income and status. You barely hear about the real Black Brazilians for a reason.
Go read Abdias Do Nascimento's book called "Brazil: Mixture Or Massacre" I read the whole thing a few years back. It will open your eyes. and btw he even ended up marrying a cac, thats how bad this shyt is.

Nah that's just the translation you made up in your head. That's not what it says at all. If you personally know a person that does that cool but just by saying that don't mean that at all. Only people who think like that usually have no real friends and or interactions with people of any other races ime.I hate black people who encourage racial mixing.
"I dont care who anyone dates, your preference is your preference. If I'm compatible with someone, I will wife them regardless of race xD"
Translation: I want a white women and fair skinned kids because I'm self hating

No one ever fukked their way to freedomExactly, I don't understand why our community does this shyt. Like, what the fukk are the credentials of the kid who played Chris Rock on TV to speak on larger social issues? It's the same reason I get pissed when people complain about athletes not taking a stand... like, for what? Their expertise is sport and, no disrespect, who really gives a fukk about their opinions on issues like this?
