After some reflection, I might have to say that GHETTO D...is the South's best album

Definitely the most entertaining :patrice:

I go through periods where it seems like its the only album I pump, especially in the summer. Ya'll gon come in here mentioning ATLiens, The Diary etc etc  but if I had to choose one southern album to bump for the rest of my life its probably this...Maybe Ridin Dirty or Aquemini to round out a top 3. It's like the southern equivalent of Doggystyle to me. Who's with me?

Bought it in 97. Think I returned it. Listened to it again recently bc @Wacky D said it was the South's Chronic. 3 mics at best.

West Coast Bad Boyz 1 though :wow:
That EP he dropped in like 94-95 :dj2:
Then he moved down south and :snoop:

and one of the best intro tracks ever. that album is damn near perfect, tbh, i'd put that shyt up against any album. not in terms of lyrics of course, but that shyt is just filled with dope ass rap music.

I was just thinking about "pass me green" the other day. Why does P change his inflection on chorus at the end? It still throws me off.

One of the best, yes. It's a personal favorite of mine, but there's other albums from The South that I like better. There's 2-3 other No Limit albums I prefer as well.
