The Caitlyn thing is false. People just target Caitlyn and make up ridiculous rumors because of the Jenner/Kardashian craze. Plus, any type of transgender publicity will get traffic and spread. It's an easy thoughtless way to start a rumor and get it going around. Say someone is trans or make up something about a trans person, the negativity will the story spread.
As far as Alexis, I read that Alexis had reassignment surgery but from what I know most surgeons will not do sex reassignment on you if you are even HIV Positive, let alone have AIDS. Alexis has had this illness for a very very long time. Tbh, as far back as I can remember seeing Alexis, I thought Alexis looked ill (before the transition). I also know before you are given hrt, you are tested for HIV/AIDS. That's if you go through with it with actual doctors and don't self medicate online or get hormones off the streets.
Another thing is a lot of transexuals lie that they are post op so the transexuality won't be as "shameful" and people will view you as being more aligned with who you see yourself as/desire to become. Sidney Starr as I mentioned earlier in this thread, a known liar, lied about being post op (to appear more desirable, embraced and used her passibility to rile that in), but on IG a while back admitted in a caption that she was indeed pre op and it doesn't matter anyway because she's trans. But she came up with that whole lie because she knows that cis people are fixated on trans people's genitalia and what you have done there and what you answer to will make or break you. There's guys who will talk to a post op transexual because they will see it as not being gay since a dikk isn't involved in the equation. The same guys will not talk to a pre op transexual. That surgery is defining for many. But it doesn't guarantee happiness.
