Not at all. The board has just because so damn negative and was wondering if it was a direct reflection of the majority and their current personal situations. Sohh and even thecoli used to be a lot more fun. Being open and honest is free. It just takes accepting yourself for who you are and having respect for who you are as well.
Happiness… well, that's tough. I hear that's a chemical balance thing. I hear they have pills to make you "happy."

Also I take a over the counter supplements. Things like Zinc, Fish Oil, Vitamin D3, etc.
No SSRIs or any other antidepressants.
But yeah, "happiness" isn't really something I go for. That's more of a byproduct of achieving a goal than a goal in and of itself.

Same goes for most Black people in general. Most of us are absolutely miserable. Many of us are one cross look/word away from totally losing our sh!t.
