Out here in my damn drawls
I can't even call it his WOAT album simply because I literally don't remember the songs from the album besides Picasso Baby( And I gave it it's fair share of listens, too). Don't even remember lines from Picasso Baby actually except "Oh what a feelin" and then the beat change up at the end. This album is extremely forgettable

Nothing will ever top BP3 as his WOAT album in my book. That's the last hip-hop album I paid money for without downloading first. I remember riding in my car trying hard to like that raggedy piece of shyt, confused album. I threw that shyt out my car window after baseball practice one day and then seeing on the ground, same spot it in the parking lot everyday coming and going from school. :dead: @ nobody bothering to pick that trash ass record up off the grass for the whole school year

:scust: @ Everything after American Gangster and the Black Album, except for a few cuts on Watch The Throne

I remember multiple cars blasting that album for weeks tho. But to me it was trash.

It'll be interesting to see what Jay does next. I don't see him going plat without another business partnership like the Samsung thing.

Album wasn't that bad... Just not memorable. Jay was experimenting with this album

IMO Jay needs to that soulful music that :yeshrug:, Blaze, Bink , DJ Toomp, and Justice League got

The ratchet sound doesn't work for him

My favs off the album were

fukkwithme
Somewhereinamerica
Heaven
Part II

Overall it lacked soul :manny:

joint album with his wife. she has to come and rescue him cause his career going south. i feel he should retire though. nothing else to say. its been a great career. when he is 60 he should drop another album about old age. a lot of artists hit potholes when they hit their 40's. its no mans land. you arent as hungry as when you young, and you arent as wise as when you old when u can reflect. bob dylan had the same problem, his 60's, 70's and 90's output is excellent, in the 80;s though he was lost.

Ross on fukkwitmeyouknowigotit is pretty much the only memorable thing from that album.
:comeon:

Hov the one with the quoteables on that song

I take booth opinions with a grain of Salt. Yall treated Life is Good like the holy grail and amy winehouse is the only memorable thing about that album

Wait... a bunch of nyggas that liked Jay's music after '01 talking about how a Jay album is trash? And the majority of them Nas/Biggie/Mobb fans?

The Coli ain't changed a bit. :russ:
