How much reps should I do per group?

Didn't know bulking and cutting was a "white boy thing"
look up workouts on youtube.

chest workout, back workout, arms workout, shoulder workout, leg workout.

Follow the workouts. If you don't like them then do a different workout. Find a good workout and stick to it for several months before you switch to a different program/workout.

So many free workouts on YouTube with the # of sets and reps included.

If the number of sets and reps is too much for your current level, then decrease them. For example, instead of doing 5 sets of one exercise, do 3.

Hey, I've had threads in the past about this stuff.

Right now, I'm pretty leaned out. I'm wondering if I'm lean enough to bulk :patrice:

I'm not trying to post pics but I'll describe:

I'm muscular, but still have some small body fat.

I have small love handles and have some body fat in my thighs, but everywhere else is lean - for instance, my serratus muscles and upper abs show, my arms are lean and muscular.

Im at a point where people in real life when they look at me, would say I was in shape. Not skinny, but slim, and athletic looking.

I'm aiming to bulk to around thanksgiving. CLEAN bulk though :ufdup:
Get rid of the love handles first.

Then do an extremely slow bulk. Think 100+ extra calories a week. Gain a pound, maintain, increase calories, gain a pound, etc.

Do it the right way. It will require discipline.

Finally been able to eat over 1500 calories throughout the day

Put on like 7 lbs in the past week (5’11”/162)

just eat for real :yeshrug:
