look up workouts on youtube.How much reps should I do per group?
Didn't know bulking and cutting was a "white boy thing"
chest workout, back workout, arms workout, shoulder workout, leg workout.
Follow the workouts. If you don't like them then do a different workout. Find a good workout and stick to it for several months before you switch to a different program/workout.
So many free workouts on YouTube with the # of sets and reps included.
If the number of sets and reps is too much for your current level, then decrease them. For example, instead of doing 5 sets of one exercise, do 3.
