A lot of places in America are built with the car in mind. So much space wasted on them.

American cities coincided with the rise of the Automobile whereas European cities are thousands of years old.

Gave up cars 10 years ago, currently live in a building with protected bike lanes, ferry access with a 5 minute walk, subway access with a 7 min walk, bike storage and foot spots/grocery in the the building.
