This, to you, is mocking? Lemon makes some good points here if you watch the full video. He's absolutely right that a lot of people are fed up with this culture of outrage, and the Democrats seem to be completely willing to acquiesce. Why does Chelsea Clinton feel the need to apologize when some college student blames her for Christchurch? Why are Hilary and Biden and others apologizing for a crime bill in the context of a massive surge of gang and drug violence in the 80s/early 90s? And now these claims, which are completely believable given those involved, but his point wasn't that the victims don't deserve apologies ... And he certainly never mocked anyone. It's that one side is constantly apologizing even when apologies aren't warranted, and the other never apologizes even when the wrongdoing is extreme and more harmful. Politically, it matters that you're seen as always saying you're sorry, and it might hurt the Democrats in 2020, even if Biden doesn't run.

Fine. Maybe mocking is a bit strong. But, you dont see the hypocrisy?
Right now: the past is the past, and we should only apologize things worth apologizing for...not things 10...20..30 years ago.
Few months ago: In 1985 he got in a bar fight and threw ice! ICE!

And honestly, you could disagree with my point that saying Biden has nothing to apologize for in a completely dismissive way isn't mocking the victim, but it's at least debatable.
