true....BUT a lot of them are selling you touched weed. i like my hoes virgins. a lot of what you buy has harmful bacteria and mould growing on it. when u buy from a licensed producer you are guaranteed a quality product. also...those dispensaries are illegal...do they photocopy your i.d? if so..
