Went to court for motion hearings on a aggravated assault.
He didn't commit the crime. The only evidence is the recorded phone call he made to the detective stating he was in the area and saying he didn't do it. *self snitching*
They denied the suppression since he made the call.
... that also prompted the warrant.
Should he plea or take it to trial?
50/50 if this alleged victim doesn't show. Case gets dismissed...
