Just finished this. If anything it reminded me just how deep things are for black folks in this country. These cats is from tiny nowhere towns but still deal with the same drama nikkas in the city do. They look at their athletic ability as their only way out and not even as a way to a free education but as a way to the league even though its pretty unlikely. They're in a nowhere town with nothing else to do but don't have the discipline to do basic, JUCO level work. Its not even really their fault because its clear that they lived most of their lives with absolutely no expectations placed on them academically.

Missisipi has the largest black population in America too shyt is wild, literally almost all the blacks there are direct descendants from the slave days still in the same place

That part about how these kids are always on time for practice and put there all in on the field, but can't seem to go to class made me sad. Some of these kids are potential missing out on a lucrative future cause of this shytty college ball system. If the NFL had a minor league, how many of these kids would be better off?

At the end of the day it's up to the kids to make that choice


Quentin Dial fuked around and ended up at this school, he was the class clown in high school with sh!tty grades and d1 schools wouldnt touch him even though he was 290


Went to this school, put himself on a routine of practice, classes, and tutoring

Got his grades up ended up at Alabama and graduated with a degree


These kids have no direction, this school can't save them all

I don't give a damn what this documentary showcasing on how cocky and confident John Franklin III because we know most of it was edited on purpose for dramatic scenarios, he's gonna be a beast at Auburn...fukk it. A confident QB can make a team better IMHO.

I'm being biased on Franklin's attitude because I'm an Auburn fan and want him to do great.
